Event Summary

 

These two events were held at the same time. The PGA EuroPro Tour hosted 156 golfers and was running from 20th-24th of May at Brocket Hall’s Palmerston course.

The Retail Open hosted 160 golfers on the 23rd of May on the Melbourne Course. This event been bringing between 140-200 of the world’s leading retail owners and fashion designers for over 12 years.

For both events, the main Clubhouse was utilised during the day and the historic Hall hosted guests in the evenings.

Winner Interview, Euro Pro Tour, Brocket Hall, Best Events

Objective

  • Host a number of high-profile golf events on the estate and generate some good publicity for the Brocket Hall Estate.

Delivered

  • We renovated a separate building on the Estate to use as the Euro Pro Tour hub. The space included new changing facilities and a kitchen area. The Retail Open had 18 sponsored holes and 2 double-decker buses that featured engaging pop-ups by sponsors.

Success

  • The EuroPro Tour was covered by Sky Sports Golf and went out on June 4th at 8 pm. After a full year of planning. The week was a big success with great feedback from all involved.

Halpern Studio Fashion Show 2019 - (2020 ready to wear)

 collection took place at One Great George Street in Westminster. The event was a premier show in the London Fashion Week 2019 programme.



The show was held in the venue's Great Hall which has two grand chandeliers hoisted from the ceiling, these were lowered to the floor to create a spectacular visual effect and heighten the show's ambience.

Lord’s Dining Club was launched in 2018 with renowned michelin starred chef Tom Kerridge. The menus were exclusively designed by Kerridge and each course was paired with a matching wine, chosen to enhance the culinary delights on offer. The event took place in the Grade II* listed Pavilion, and included a Nyetimber sparkling wine reception with a selection of canapés in the Long Room Bar before a four-course menu was served in the historic surroundings of the Long Room.

A 4 day conference event for a global communications agency. Attended by 100 guests over 4 days from the 5th - 8th February 2018. The Client selected Carlowrie Castle because they wanted a Castle in Edinburgh with good international travel links. The Carlowrie Castle team came up with and created memorable experiences including a unique motivational speaker, table tennis games with one of the world's top players, Game of Thrones style dinner and tartan clothing for the delegates.

  • An initiative to help companies grow their brand. Part 1 involved strategy development for selected top clients and Part 2 was a 12-month review strategy for development for the organising company

  • A complex event with a very short lead time. Successful collaboration with a range of event partners. A high standard of service was delivered as well as a variety of unique experiences for delegates. The final evening culminated in a Game of Thrones themed dinner and guests were totally ‘wowed.’

  • All the delegates were truly blown away by the experience. The organiser said ‘You have given me a problem, you have raised the bar so high I don’t know what we are going to do next year to beat this.’

This event marked The Crown DVD Season 1 launch in the UK. It was a banquet for 50 invited media and guests. Executive Chef Alex Boyd re-imagined the Coronation banquet of Elizabeth II - held in the ballroom and decorated royally. The guest of honour was the author of several books on the monarchy and eminent historian Robert Lacey - who advised the series.

With 20,000 daily visitors to the Natural History Museum, it is no mean feat to transform this iconic venue after the doors close each evening into a world-class event space within just one hour.

In summer 2017 a grand reception event was hosted to celebrate the re-opening of the Natural History Museum's largest event space Hintze Hall. The event revealed the hall's brand new resident, Hope the 25.2m Blue Whale Skeleton. The task of organising the event was undertaken by the Museum’s dedicated in-house Special Events team and carefully selected accredited suppliers.

The event welcomed an array of high-profile guests, including HRH Duchess of Cambridge, for a visual and culinary masterpiece hosted under the Whale skeleton itself. Hintze Hall opened its doors for the first time after a six month refurbishment to rapturous applause, generating global press coverage about the Museum’s biggest transformation in its 136 year history.

Event Summary

A special event to mark one hundred years of business. The evening began with the popping of a few corks on the lower terrace of the lakeside Loggia in the last of the afternoon sunshine. This was followed by a sumptuous gala dinner in the thirteenth-century castle. Guests were treated to a regal medieval banquet with live entertainment that featured Tudor minstrels in traditional costume. The evening's festivities culminated in a grand finale firework display over the lake before dancing continued into the early hours.

Event Summary

Guests were welcomed into Banqueting House by Cambridge Constables in traditional dress before being shown into the Undercroft for a pre-dinner drinks reception. From there, they were invited to the Main Hall for dinner.

The main component of this event was the production, aided by White Light. Footage of Cambridge was projected onto the windows in the Main Hall to create the effect of looking out of the window at well-known Cambridge scenes. The rolling footage of iconic Cambridge images, which softly played during dinner, included punting, picnics in front of the colleges, students walking through cloisters and work taking place in a science lab. This helped immerse guests in the Cambridge way of life so they could reminisce about their own experiences there.
